Living healthy daily doesn’t just stand for what we put into our bodies or how we move, it is also an awareness of who we really are. Who we are inside. Deep inside. The places we are afraid to go, it is so deep inside. That person.

With that said not only is it about who we really are but recognizing the truth in others as well. And recognizing where others are in their journey to finding their own truth. And respecting that journey with the knowing we are all on this planet together, why not walk it in peace and love and TRUTH. Look into your neighbors eyes; your lovers eyes; your child’s eyes and your own eyes to find these truths and really LOOK. Do not fear for fear is just an illusion.

I am I and you are you and you are me and I am you and we are we and we are one! Let us live our lives that way so we all may share in the fruits of our efforts and the blessings in our bounty. What an amazing life we live! Give thanks!

I receive this email twice a month; one for the new moon and one for the full moon.  This particular full moon looks to be quite intense yet the message I keep getting is to remember my truth and the love that I have to give myself and others.  I want to share this same message with you.  Enjoy…

The Moon is Full at 1º of Gemini

Dear Everyone and anyone sharing the time to read this,

Claudia Can you feel it? There’s another “Super” Full Moon on the rise promising erratic ocean tides, strong winds, unusual weather… and dramatic emotions.

If you took advantage of that powerful harmonious New Moon to shed an old skin or two, move out of your old comfort zone, and make a quantum leap… then you’re feeling pretty good. You’re ready now to use this Full Moon’s energies to make some more changes, turn some more corners, raise your sights… and take another giant step. However, if you’ve been running into some resistance, then this Full Moon’s light will help you see more clearly where you’re stuck and what’s absolutely got to change.

The Sun’s in optimistic expansive Sagittarius encouraging you to focus on your bigger picture… expand your consciousness to encompass a higher truth and purpose. To do this, you’re going to have to release habits of judgment and outworn beliefs and agreements that keep you from walking in the world you envision. This Gemini Full Moon reveals the thoughts, words, and lack of focus that support those old agreements that keep you stuck and off-purpose.

This is some seriously super-charged energy, so restlessness, anxiety, snafus in communication, and wired or frayed nerves and short fuses are a definite probability. Although it may be challenging, it’s extremely important to ground yourself, remain flexible, and stay present in your body. If you’re feeling particularly wired and/or emotional, don’t drive and remember to avoid putting your foot in your mouth by taking a beat, coming into your heart, and thinking before you speak. Your thoughts and choices really matter now, so rather than burning bridges, this will help you take advantage of these energies to make peace with the past.

A stressful set-up between signs of change indicates that your destiny is calling and intuition is high, so it’s important and beneficial to keep the lines to your higher message center open now. If you have strong Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, or Pisces in your chart then you may feel this more keenly than others at this time.

In the midst of this hyped up energy, you may be feeling a bit slowed down and overly emotional. Could be Thanksgiving, but I blame it on Mars. Mars turned in retrograde motion in creative and emotional Moon-ruled Cancer on November 15th, so that leap you took and the creative opportunities that followed now sl-o-o-o-ow down for a bit of a winter nap. It isn’t as though nothing’s going to happen… but rather than trying to push the river… use this golden window of opportunity between now and January 30th to honor your need for renewal while you reassess the doors that have opened and check to make sure you’re headed in the right direction.

You’re really being pushed to turn a corner now and to help you out… just hours before this Full Moon, revolutionary Uranus moves in direct motion giving you a green light regarding those inspired ideas and changes that have been brewing since last June 23rd. The New Moon in Gemini last June 14th points to another culmination point being activated now. Look back in your lunar journal to that time, because it guided you to keep track of new ideas and contacts. You were focused then on shedding old beliefs… getting out of your head and into your heart, and using your thoughts and words in loving ways.

How have you done? What’s been on hold? Which way do you want to go now… and are you using your mind and thoughts to support a happier life along with your higher vision and purpose? The answers to those questions ought to give you a big clue telling you where to direct your energies now.

I know it must seem as though there’s always another crossroads… another change or leap to prepare for. But FYI… energies are building to a historic planetary meeting in December and major shifts continue to push all of us to complete the past and do some serious evolving throughout the rest of 2007. I want you to realize that the achievement of an abundant healthy unified world isn’t a sprint… it’s a marathon and you need to be prepared. This is BIG stuff and one of the best ways I know of to stay sane and positively focused is to start preparing yourself now by doing our Scorpio Lunar Journal and then stick with it and stay on track with the Sagittarius journal coming up.

If some ugly truths come out around this Full Moon, remember that you have the power to allow yourself to live as if the world is in harmony right now. Feel it, breathe it, walk in it, bless it, and be grateful for it. New encounters and inspiring experiences are all around you.

There are 25,920 moments in each day… each one an opportunity to be more fully grateful and in love with the magnificent truth of who you are. This makes all things possible.

As author and famous mythologist Joseph Campbell said… “When you follow your bliss… doors will open where you would not have thought there were doors…and the world will step in and help.”

Let’s you and I agree to aim higher, raise the bar, release the past, discover the truth, love ourselves and others, follow our bliss… and enjoy every single moment. Now… take another GIANT step.

With Lots and Lots of Loving Full Moon Blessings

Look in the mirror. Can you see the white of your eye on both sides and below your iris? If so according to George Oshawa you have something called “Sanpaku.” Literally meaning: three sides. This is indicative of a much more dangerous equation than just having “bug eyes.” This is indicative of dis-ease and an early death if not addressed. According to this practitioner of Oriental Medicine a macrobiotic diet is a way to clear yourself of all major disease including the affliction of sanpaku. I will take on this macrobiotic journey and I challenge any and all to do the same. A great reference is a book entitled: You Are All Sanpaku.

I will be video journaling my progress with this macrobiotic challenge at www.youtube.com/livinghealthydaily feel free to check in with me daily and see how I am doing. And if you have any comments or questions I would love some insight.

Happy and healthy eating,

with love…

When we think of exercise often we think of running for miles; walking great hills; biking the distance. Maybe we think of swimming laps; jazzercise; jumping jacks and lifting weights. But do any of us think of the fun (and for some I understand these previous mentioned “duties” are fun) stuff? One of the most enjoyable ways, in my opinion, to get a great work out is to dance. One of those dances being West African dance.

I went to my first class in months yesterday and let me tell you I am feeling it, in more ways than one. An hour and a half of non-stop movement and non-stop fun! Not only were my legs and arms feeling it but my cheeks from smiling. This is a time when I can let it all go and be present with my time, because time is precious I want to remember it well. I was sweating like a triathlete with out the pressure of a race. If I am not dancing for exercise I am dancing for the pure pleasure of it… Deep inside knowing all the calories I’m burning in the meantime. Think of all the possibilities: guilt free gelato; sinless soy-delicious; care-free coffee and much more, anticipating that on Sunday I will have redeemed myself from the treats I enjoyed earlier in the week and I can start again on Monday!

Not to mention what a great way to start your week!
