Did you notice how beautiful it is today? Take a moment to go outside and breathe in the freshness of nature, allow your mind to be calmed by Her poignant grace. Your health on this day begins with your internal state of being. How do you feel about who you are right now in this moment? Can you see the goodness of yourself? Can you appreciate the gifts you have and share them with others? Love yourself and vow to do and be the best that you can. And know that is enough. You only have to open your heart and receive the Divine Blessings as they rain down upon you. Walk through the heavenly gates of understanding and peace.
